殷德辉,副教授,学院党委委员,流行病学教研室主任,汉族,山东省郓城县人,医学博士,毕业于吉林大学44118太阳成城集团卫生毒理学专业。

徐州医科大学2016年“优秀人才计划”引进博士,现就职于44118太阳成城集团流行病学教研室。

国家自然科学基金项目评审专家Frontiers in Public HealthInfection and Drug ResistanceAnalytical Letters等杂志审稿人。作为项目负责人或主要参与人主持或参与国家级及省部级等课题10余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、江苏省高校自然科学基金面上项目1项、徐州医科大学优秀人才科研启动基金1项,在PLOS Neglected Tropical DiseasesFrontiers in Veterinary Science Infection and Drug ResistanceBiochem Biophys Res CommunBMC Infect DisImmunol LettACS Appl Mater Interfaces国内外高水平杂志发表SCI论文十余篇。

主要研究方向:传染病流行病学,主要从事人兽共患传染病诊断、疫苗研究
